I wouldn't mind hearing the other warhorses (Satisfaction, Brown Sugar, Jumping Jack Flash) if they would stop making them 7 minute each! Just because these are their most popular songs...does not mean people want to hear an extended version. It's completely unnessary...it's not like Keith or Ronnie take any major solos during the extra time. Mick just runs around and works the crowd more. How about we cut these songs in half so we can put in at least two MORE songs in the set?

Saw a Springsteen interview on 60 Minutes...made me happy and jealous for Springsteen fans who are treated to fresh shows every night. Bruce still challenges his audience.

And a hundred times worse for them. I know at least Charlie hates it. In their older age...I don't think walking down a slim walkway while hundreds of reaching arms and hands are in your way is a safe idea.

Not fair to cut out Satisfaction in all the places they havent been.

I do not want to hear Gimme Shelter as it has been played the last decades.

How can we say what they should and should't play, just seeing them play is a real buzz for me. I have been going to their concerts since 1970 and just to see them live in front of me gives me goose pimples, even on their last tour.

I say play what you want guys, I'll be there!

She Was Hot was one of the biggest wishes in Stones history and whenever they played it, the fans went nuts. Miss You was miles better judged as it was on other tours with its never-ending sing-along. Streets Of Love was hated on the album but loved on the tour. Here in Europe and there in the US. Have you heared SOL live? Less than three songs of a new album? Fans were a sort if angry, when the Stones started to play just one ABB-song during ABB-tour.
The moving B-stage: as the Stones "drove" into the crowd, you should have seen, how many hands were going into the air. Let's face it: it doesn't really matter how they come to b-stage...it's always a highlight, if THE ROLLING STONES are in the centre of the crowd. And: SMU and JJF were phantastic openers - YGMR might have been also good b ut I never had it as opener.

funny you mention that - i've seen 'em 4 times and Gimme Shelter was only played once; i can't tire of it. Any of the other warhorses i'll glady lose tho!

Somehow 10 warhorses need to be played - amongst them Satisfaction, Brown Sugar, JJF, Start Me Up.

Street Fighting Man wasn't played last tour, so that song could come back together with Gimme Shelter.

They barely do, other than Satisfaction its usually a surprise to expect much else from this period, which sucks. Once in a while they'll throw us a Ruby Tuesday or Cloud, but those are still far from warhorses.

How bout one show with songs only from 1962-1972!!! My dream concert. As far as people saying cut HTW-I can nearly agree if they dont cut that gawdawful piano solo and xtra chorus out of it. Its a guitar driven song and the piano solo just ruins the flow makes it too long! But thats just my opinion.
