What Keith Says in Far Away Eyes

Keith laughs and says 'shut up' to a girl in the audience during his duet with Mick on Far Away Eyes in Shine A Light. Anyone know what she said to him?

I think he says it to himself, because he @#$%& up his part of the BU-vocals.

one of the reviews said some 'female fan' said 'you fvcked up!', which elicited his 'shut up!'
i find that hard to imagine ... what 'fan' would do that, under those circumstances??
and which of the hired fan-impersonators would notice?? but you *can* hear someone hollering something
to him in the film - i noticed the fourth time i saw it - and maybe it'll be more decipherable when we get the dvd.

I think the fan was teasing him.

>> I think the fan was teasing him. <<

i'm sure! and various opinions are possible about how cool it is to get into the front row
at a gig like that, knowing the performance is taking place specifically for the purpose of filming,
and to disrupt a song by screaming 'you fvcked up' at a performer just for laughs.
i hope that's not really what she screamed - and that it's not her most shining achievement

there were plenty of real fans down there at the front to notice too- actually its pretty easy ive openly laughed at mess ups from the rail many times - even gaining "the finger" from keith at one show on one occasion, but more often a smile and a laugh

I find it hard to believe a fan was teasing him about messing up the lyrics. First, not too many know the full lyrics to a rarely played song. Second, I doubt Keith could have even heard her. I think he may have gotten a look from Mick or Ronnie and that did it.

no way it was anyone it the first ten rows , they were all hired fake fans, it was probably a clever edit

Clever edit, like on another live album: "Paint it black, you devils"

If you listen carefully Keith whispers something like:

"Bring me back home....yeah bring me back home to the sessions of '77..."

The hired bimbos really were a low blow for the fans who made it in AND made me cringe when I saw the film even more than Keith's solos ! LOL.

CREDIT CRUNCH = NO TOUR IN 2009 IMHO.

i am cognizant of that, my dear oldkr (as i thought my post makes clear enough? maybe not);
and as i said i know there might be different opinions about whether screaming "you fvcked up"
loud enough to disrupt a performance is a cool way to spend time in the front row of a theatre gig.
i know what i think of it
