He came on for a couple of numbers, didn't he? ut he didn't do the entire tour with the stones. Drug problems, wasn't it?

er ... in a word: no. all kinds of blessings on Bobby of course,
but it's Stu who was one of the original Stones - and he's present and accounted for on the 81 tour.

in 81? i have no idea - but it was 73 when he got ejected in mid-tour for going overboard with the substances

Oh, well I may be confused. Thought I read it somewhere.

Jagger didn't want him on the tour, because of his bad habits and since he deserted them in Munich 1973. But since Bobby made friends with Ron and Keith at the New Barbarians tour of 1979...the 2 of them made Jagger give in for a guest performance by Bobby. That's my understanding of it anyway

maybe you're thinking of Robert Fraser, who would at least be the right era of acquaintance.
