The first time I saw the B-stage taking off the main stage! GREAT! Since then I've seen it 17 times, and it's still great.

The lightnings anouncing a lasting thunderstorm, just when Van the Man was taking the stage at Goffert Park, Nijmegen. As the first notes hit the audience
it started to rain heavily for about 1 1/2 hours. Van was long gone by then. But then we were hit by the big(ger) bang...

sadly, a very sparse audience in the FOS section in Paris last June. the second half of the pitch was quite full, but when Mick would come over to the side of the stage, he was singing to an audience only 10 rows deep.
Depressing, but it's the Stones/Cohl's fault.

My first ABB concert in Horsens. The whole build-up of the concert. I was taken closer and closer to the stage through the day. When I finally stood in front of it I thought "F*** that's big".

Also when they started the concert. Just awesome.

An elevator door opening and Keith Richards standing there, resplendent in shades, scarf and hat and looking like the coolest person in the entire universe with minimal effort.

Even though I'd been standing waiting for it to happen, when it did, I still felt the need to quite audibly blurt out "Oh F***ing Christ...."

All the pillocks around here, criticising every note of it and saying they ought to pack it in.

For me it would be the first time I saw the moving b-stage WITHOUT hearing Miss You - Foxborough on September 20th,2006.

After going to the first show at Fenway, I was completely shocked with how the Stones played such a canned set list with hardly any sort of surprises other than She's So Cold and a few new songs. Nearly identical to what I took many of my Boston area friends to see last tour at Gillete Stadium, right down to Miss You on the b-stage. And I am the one my friends turn to and ask, why do they always play the same songs...

Through an opening in the curtain, seeing Blondie playing guitar backstage. Kind pf ruinied the image I had of the band not using any gimicks or tricks.

The Rolling Stones!

Most striking for me was GETTING INTO RADIO CITY (FOR FREE! ) AND SEEING THEM THERE.

One image that's been etched into my memory: the sight of Keith climing along the lodge seats above me, and playing the solo for SFTD. Like some kind of dream that got added to the Rolling-Stones-Recollections lobe of my brain
