Chicago, december 27th 1992 - the Winos played a gig there the next day.
it has a bit of a weird atmosphere, like shows in TV studios often do -
tiny audience, but only about five people in it seem to realize who they're seeing
and it takes the sound crew about 3/4ths of the show to grasp that this is a GUITAR band :E

BTW, who are the two backup singers?

It has to be rehearsals for a PBS Soundstage that was recorded at Chicago's Channel 11 studios. (The Winos real Chicago show was February 4, 2003.)

I love this show... the best thing about it is the rippling-muscled percussionist-vocalist--is it one of the Nevilles?--on his own little platform at the back of the stage. his job: to rock out. he gives 110%.

If I remember correctly, the 'real' show was in '93 at the Aragon. It was a frigid night and we waited outside for what seemed like eternity, but it was worth every goosebump! What a show!!!

That guy is Babi Floyd who was in the line up on the Main Offender album and throughout that tour.

killer session. Don't think they really needed to rehearse as they were on it, but seemed like KR & co. were having fun rocking out.

right: Sarah Dash and Babi Floyd, as has already been mentioned -
Charlie Drayton, Steve Jordan, Ivan Neville and Waddy Wachtel also sang backup
in addition to their other contributions
