The "chopping guitar part" of the intro played by Keith on Come On is pure "English riffage". Jimmy page did the same on Brenda Lee's "Is it true". Mick Green and Wilko Johnson perfected the technique taking it to a different level. The stones version of the Berry's song is fantastic!

Would love to add recorder if Ruby Tuesday is covered and dulcimer if Lady Jane, I Am Waiting or... Gomper are covered.

Wouldn't Onlystones be thrilled to know that he's made the whole state notorious?

That Robert Johnson biography sounds worth waiting for: I read the bit in the article about his wife's death, and thought of Love In Vain... sad.

Well, the state + extravagant claims + sudden unavailability - how many can there be? Especially in a Hawaiian shirt :E

But anyway yes, it sounds like a great book and I'm looking forward hugely.

Perhaps the book will lead to a film.......Mick has been threatening to produce one for 30 plus years.
