They haven't had it. It's just that Frank Panduro isn't the concert organizer anymore, so they'e re-thinking their strategy. I mean: It doesn't get any bigger than The Stones. In fact I said this to the local radio when interviewed after getting the first tickets for the Horsens concert: "Getting The Stones to play in Horsens is a smart move on behalf of the concert arranger. By that they're skipping the expenses of getting Bruce Springsteen or U2 to play here. Everybody knows that there's no reason to get those two acts now, since they can't top getting The Stones". Cheeky really, but it's what I think.

Not exactly their fault. "Skat" (Danish taxes) gave them a promise not to pay taxes of the concert, but then showed up and told them that they had to do it anyway. That was when the ball started rolling. They got the promise (On paper I might add) almost two weeks before the concert was announced (Dec. 15th 2005). Then DR (Radio Denmark) and TV2 (Biggest TV station in Denmark) heard about it and dug up the story. The government thought that they'd look bad because a lot of money was involved. So they showed up in Horsens and told the concert arranger (Eigils Musikforening) that they still had to pay ("Gallup democracy" anyone?).

Yep. It's been a nice change for sure.
