Technically speaking, Turkey is a secular country - though the majority of its inhabitants are Muslim.

At the Radio City show in 2006 Mick mentioned playing a private concert in Dubai. He said something like, "This is the most well-heeled audience since we played in Dubai. And you've had more wives."

There was talk of a Dubai gig on this tour, but they've still never played there.

Hmmm...I just listened to that bit on the Radio City boot. Here were his exact words:

"This has got to be the most well-heeled crowd we've ever played to. Even more than Dubai. And you've even got more wives."

I guess that just implied that they had played there....

Well,they have been in Morocco...not the whole band,i think that Bill and Charlie never been there...but they played tambourines and guitars with a tribe in the mountains...is that a gig?

Unless Cohl charged the local goats a few dirhams for 'hot seats', my guess would be 'no'

nikki bing, here in germany for example, there are living 2,5 million turlish
people and lot`s of other muslims.
Would you say, because of this, germany is a muslim country??

Berlin - quite many peple from Tuyrkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan etc.
