Geez Rockman, sorry mate. I feel rotten now, he has been going longer than the Stones, and he talks to the Queen as well.

Well it isnt a musician, but I'm from Kalamazoo MI, the home to the original Gibson Guitar factory. Sadly its in a state of disrepair, and in a questionable neighborhood. However, the smokestack still says "GIBSON" on it. Kind of hope something is done with the place.

As far as I know there are no famous musicians from the town I grew up in or the town I live in now. Plenty of famous musicians from N.J. and some from towns adjacent to my hometown- Dionne Warwick, Whitney Houston and I think Peter Criss

We can also proudly claim Paula Cole & her hairy armpits (Rockport, MA), the late Brad Delp from Boston (Danvers), Black Francis/Frank Black (Marblehead), Diamond Dave Lee Roth (Swampscott for a couple of years), and... nobody else springs to mind without bringing up various Bosstones or the Extreme guys, and that's best left unsaid.

My adopted little Polish neighborhood in Brooklyn is responsible for Pat Benatar, though.
