Bigger Bang intro, followed by start me up (thats the song that the intro was made for...the video trails on then the opening riff, fire blasts from stage, stones come on)
Yeah something about No Security that was exciting as hell! That video of them walking through that hallway was damn cool and no other intro could've beat that one. And then to have keith pop out and and rip through JJF....you couldn't beat it. That was my first tour to attend. Sat in the nosebleeds...one of my fav tours. Shame no DVD came of it. They had a great sound overally, that tour.
The very best intro IMO was Not Fade Away. That was magic - magic that was not captured on the studio version on Stripped.
If anyone liked SMU in the past – OK. But we’ve had it too many times now.
After seeing their 31 May rehearsal list I have the bad feeling they might start with SMU again. Please vote against. There are so many other songs to choose from dammit!
