Gotcha. very roundabout way of locating it - but very odd that its the only part of the site which lists a 3rd show. Usually youd expect it listed on all ticket pages

well ... if they're rearranging the date, that would be the start of an explanation why they've been waiting to announce it.
there are only two other "sets" of three shows every second day in the schedule, so maybe that frequency
is something they're aiming to minimize now.

Worth noting, for the first two (21st and 23rd) the BUY link works, for the last one (26th) it doesn't. No reason to get TOO excited therefore until they clear up the confusion.

Three actually. Barcelona-San Sebastian-Lisbon, Helsinki-Gothenburg-Copenhagen, Lausanne-Düsseldorf-Hamburg.

There are many reasons for adding an extra day in-between shows:

- To rest Mick's voice
- To rest the crew
- To make recording arrangements
- Sunday is great for Stones in London

I would not be surprised if they wanted to record the O2 shows. It happened the same for the Beacon. And MSG. They moved the show a day because they wanted more work space between the shows. They like to record indoor, like in A.dam arena, predictable environment recording wise, and this is indoor... also UK... also final shows so far...

How many recordings do they need? I know Mick said theyd no plans to film any European shows, and I cant see why theyd need an extra day to set up recording equipment when theyve been in the same venue all week already.

I feel deeply ashamed for bringing this up, but could it be because they're filming it? Because it's the last show ever... (sob sob)

I'm sure you're not the only one thinking that, in fairness - you're just the first one to type it and hit the 'send' button.

I have this intuition about the 26th, that it's the last show. But it will be one helluva concert. Perhaps we can expect guests, like former members... If it's the last show, I'm sure axes will be buried, bitterness waved away (for one night only) and a few rehearsals with MT and BW ... Now that could be something.

I wouldnt be so sure about that, because to do so would mean they'd be confirming (either in advance or at the time) that it was going to be their 'farewell'...and I dont think they'll ever announce such a show.

The Rolling Stones will not stop. Maybe this is their last stadium tour, but I'm sure they will continue playing live, even with new records.

But we can be damne*d sure they'll record and film it.
TV special or whatever.
And I'm sure they'll be sure to invite friends, family, colleagues from past and present etc. If it is actually the last show - I think we'll know it when it happens...

Isn't bothering me too much, one way or the other. Just make it official, will ya please? After all it IS a "vacation" of sorts..Just need to rearrange a few things..My airline ticket would actually be cheaper coming back a day later, anyway...The Bank Holiday isn't affecting that!!!
