Well I would agree BV knows his stuff...especially with all the nay sayers here positive there would be no tour. I actually met BV in Shanghai and he is a hell of a guy!

Well as good as BV is with tour dates and everything. There was some very unexpected news this week. The Jagger solo album and the 4 disc dvd release. Not previously talked about on here. A couple of pretty good sized stones news nuggets that slipped through the cracks.

The stupid comment means that this guy probably don't know what acrimonious means... Can't imagine why a comment about BV should be greeted so ridiculously... It simply is amazing that this guy, BV, has given us many months advance notice of upcoming tours in years past and near as I can tell his record on this issue has been just about perfect.

He definitly looks like Mick Jagger, the resemblence is uncanny.

Wait, lol, is that you BV? OK sorry! Had to. He does a great job, maybe knows people here and there in the organisation.

IMO It's Only Rock 'N'Roll is the best Stones site on the web, better than the Stones' official site, and it's easy to take BV's efforts for granted.
There's nothing wrong in showing appreciation to someone who's doing a great job and, as already stated above, there's no charge for his services.
Although I hardly ever post I do log on to this site almost every day.

Pretty sure BV gets "inside information" about those things. It's a pity that you can't say something nice here with out being insulted for it.

Mick Jagger soloalbum? - this was not what he said. He said he will write numbers (actually that he always does), and nailed a spot for it and this spot can just as well mean a stones album.

BTW he did mention that he follows the fanwebsite(s) (he mentioned this when he spoke about Rio) so he probably is in here. Hi Mick, give my regards to the others.

BV carried the news about Mick's solo album prior to the press conference. He didn't misinterpret Mick's remarks about always writing songs.
