HANDBAGS AND GLADRAGS - Rod Stewart
HERE TODAY - Paul McCartney (his song for Lennon after the shooting)
ALL MY LOVE - Led Zeppelin (My best friend died the same time this song/album came out. We were both giant Zeppelin fans - sure opened the flood gates back then)

I went to see Tammy Wynette in the 70s and cryed all the way through it. It was so embarrasing. The dynamics of her band, the way the volume would swell on the choras and immedeatly change to a wisper on the verse was something I never have heard before or since. It was George's band. She got it in the divorce.

Saw Clarence do it live last year at the Hollywood Park Casino. It was a great version..and it was only a four-piece band!
