I'll try Bluz....It looks like you got out of town at the right time. You missed all the excitement on Tues. I talked to my friend who lives in Noho. They live on the 5th fl of an apt building. Literally all shook up .Stuff falling off shelves and they had to hold on to the TV to keep that from falling. They're ready to come back up here.LOL

We heard about the EQ from a waiter, at first, we thought he was joking, then we get into our car and my son's iPod, set on random, plays AC/DC's You Shook Me All Night Long. As soon as we got home, we put our EQ insurance renewal in the mail.

Roger McGuinn and John Sebastian, small theater show, this Friday. I think they are co-headliners and do separate solo sets. Technically, Sebastian is getting top billing, but I think it's McGuinn who actually goes on last.

Be aware that John has pretty much lost his singing voice and he sort of growls the old songs these days. But he is still a great guitarist/harmonica player, and an entertaining stage performer.

Also, the man is a gentleman...very nice to fans and always willing to sign stuff. Just a wonderful human being.


I had an encounter with McGuinn over 30 years ago and he couldn't have been a bigger jerk. Total a**hole. Hopefully, he's mellowed with age.

Awesome, Si! Be sure to post a review. As you can see in my previous post, I'll be seeing them in Austin on Saturday, Aug. 9. That's the weekend before my birthday so that's how I decided to celebrate!
