I love the guitar in Don't Tear Me Up but the kids love Put Me in The Trash, they love to sing the ooohy, oooohy, but I love the last line, 'and all those shooooooooes'.
Good choices Jumpin Jack Flash! Mine are " Blue", " New Set Of Rules", " Say You Will", " Sweet Thing", " Hideaway", " Hard Woman" , " Just Another Night" and " God Gave Me Everything".
I said Ruthelss people earlier but I was being kind of sarcastic. Im not too familiar with the mIck solo carrear but from what I've heard like Memo From Turner and Don't Tear Me up the best.

...tis true.......Mick's got nothing to be ashamed of.

do yourself a favour and get Wandering Spirit right now!
i of course go with "Wandering Spirit"! but other great songs are Sweet Thing, Wired All Night, Out of focus and DonĀ“t tear me up! In fact there are not only on Wandering Spirit good songs, but in think they are his best solo songs!
She`s the Boss - Lucky in Love Primitive Cool - Throwaway Wandering spirit - Wired all night , Mother of Man , Don`t tear me up Goddes in a Doorway - God gave me everything , Let it down , Gun ( Pete T. on guitar !) , Lucky Day - very good record !

An enjoyable enough album, but hardly a series of original compositions lets face it.
Plus, its more a case of Keith producing the Wingless Angels - whilst he performs on it, its not exactly a solo album or one dominated by his playing - and it took over 20 years to come to fruition (he's talking about it in that Old Grey Whistle Test interview in 1974 where he looks like he's about to nod off)
And its been a decade since he finished it. Keith's repeated pot shots at Mick's solo output get a bit tiresome after a while when you see what little output HE has brought to the table in the last decade by comparison.

And 4 the record - Memo From Turner is definately a Mick solo song for all its intents and purposes.
I also really like Just Another Night, nothing erally from Primitive Cool, I love Wandering Spirit to death, and about 1/2 of Godess in the Doorway. If things Could be Different is also a great song, and his version of Everybody Knows about my Good Thing w/ Gary Moore rocks!

Shite....and to think I wasted my breath with all of that for nothing!
