From Wikipedia :

A sebsi or sibsi (plural: s'basa) is a traditional Moroccan pipe used to smoke kif, a Moroccan preparation of finely clipped pieces of cannabis (not to be confused with the more powdery form Kief). An extremely narrow clay pipe head, called a skuff (or shkaff), is used to smoke the kif at minimum temperature. To this a hardwood stem is attached, which may be up to 46 cm (18 in) long, permitting vapors additional time to cool before inhalation, as users draw slowly. Sebsi smokers, refilling and passing the pipe to one another, are common sights in the north of Morocco where the practice is more widely spread, and the drawstems longer, than south of Rabat.


My understanding is Keith never got around to passing the pipe to anyone else. Big Hog!
