I was driving to work this morning and after hearing a Stones song on the radio, the DJ said that the Stones were not done with the Bigger Bang tour. He said there would be more dates IN THE STATES in 2007 and that he hopes they come around here. I wonder if that is true or if he is confused with the dates in Europe? If they are to be in Europe in May, I wonder if that even leaves time for the States, since they want a break. So how much do you think what this DJ said is worth?

You can't even trust the newspaper sometimes. I still have a clip announcing their 1992 tour to promote their 'new album, Flashpoint'.

I heard a similar thing on the radio in Toronto earlier this week (Tuesday morn).

But the dj only said that the tour would likely continue, he didn't mention any locations for the shows. In other words, it was consistent with what we've heard here and on other boards. Maybe the dj simply assumed it would include the States?

If it was Derringer then it might have legs.

I live in Rome, NY. Its right in the middle of NY State, about 45 minutes from Syracuse. It was just a small local DJ. He didn't go into detail and if no one else heard this, I assume he just didn't have his facts straight. It sucks because I got really excited. I almost went to the AC show right up to the last minute and didn't make it. Then I saw the set list and kicked myself... hard. So I was excited at the idea they'd be back in the States. I can only hope. Maybe a few warm-up shows before Europe? They really should have a tour of theathers, in the States and everywhere. They'd be great.

They must be coming back. I still have a few bucks in my checking account. They really need to clean me out!

I can see them stopping by MSG to pick up a cool $8 Million for 2 shows...wouldn't surprise me.

If it happens it happens but I don't expect it.

A little US tour at the fall of 2007 has been rumoured;
but there have also been mentionings of a new tour in 2008.
