Hey Ned, I have two of the pickups, Rock Bass and Rock Treble which, to my ears, don't sound much different from each other. Which one do you have ? And, are you looking for the harder-to-find Sustain (or Overdrive or whatever it's called) ? There's been one on ebay for a couple years now on and off with no takers for about $ 100, if I recall.

Damn, seems like everyone here owns some killer guitars! I think I must be the biggest cheapskate here, because almost all of mine are cheapo imports.

Ain't got no pics, but here's a list (as best as I can remember):

Electrics:
Fender "Fat" Strat (MIM)
Squier "Fat" Tele Standard (MII)
Epiphone Les Paul w/ Seymour Duncan pups (MIK, 80s)
Ibanez AG75 w/ TV Jones pups
Agile AL2000 goldtop w/ P90s (LP copy, MIK)
Xaviere XV-550 (LP copy, semihollow)
Dean Vendetta w/ Dimarzio pups
Agile Valkyrie (SG-ish)
Peavey Gen Ex (tele-ish)
Silvertone semihollowbody (335-ish, late 60s/early 70s)
Squier '51

Acoustics (sorry, can't remember exact model #s):
Sigma (MIJ, late 70s)
Yamaha (MIK, 80s)
Alvarez 12 string
Silvertone (60's)
Silvertone with f-holes (50's, old logo)

Bass:
Gibson G3 (70s) My only real Gibson...a little beat up, but it sure is sweet.

At this moment I only have an acoustic guitar: a Gibson songmaker (from Canada). A very nice guitar in it's price range. The picture below is from a random website.

Here you can see my guitar in action. My friend Jacob (on the right) is playing my Gibson. I am playing on his Alhambra W2 brillo, which is a very nice acoustic guitar as well. The song was written by both of us. We made this video just 2 hours after we wrote it, so it's not the best possible performance. We were also kind of wasted. The song (+lyrics) are not completely done/ready yet. Another version will be up soon. As well as some other songs I hope.

I want adjust the guitar as well, so I can plug it in. I don't know how I'll do it though. I also want to buy a good electric guitar soon. Any ideas?

where are u guys and gals on strings? using Elixers exclusively w acoustic Taylor. no going back. i cut brand new set of another brand OFF my backup acoustic im so totally sold. still ernie ball .HYbrids on my customized 61 jazzmaster but next set elixers. thing is i work a lot and over 15 dollars a set! jeeze louise. btw the fender has EMG 81 humbuckers w small 9 volt battery compartment routed in back. alder contoured body classic pre cbs maple neck. carruthers in venice did the work. also upgraded tuners and put tune o matic bridge in. yeq this somewhgat devalued it but its a work tool and probably wont ever sell it. steve frm the sex pistols and others have plaxwed it . i would not lend it to him tho. bought used in 67 my first electric. jimi played it in mannys nyc the day i bought it. upside down and out of tune huge flipping thick fingers. he was very very cool friendly warm to this little kid. he said he used to have one. uh he made Total sense out of it immediately tho upside down w hi e where lo e should be. just blistering amazing. bent it till it was rightE never touched a tuning peg. anyway elixers exclusively on acoustics which is my main deal rhythm lead and fingerstyle.

I like either Elixers or John Pearse strings for my acoustic guitar. Sometimes I try others, but I always come back to either one of those two. I'd like to hear what other people use on there acoustic though.

I hope this isn't a subtle MIM bash. Granted, on average you're more likely to get a better product if it's MIA or MIJ, but I own a MIM strat that I like better than one of my MIA strats. Just sayin'.

I'm using Martin strings for my Martin D-28. On my electric guitars I'm using GHS strings.
Here's something interesting Bill Nash said about guitar strings.

D'addario phosphor bronze 12's on my acoustics. Main current acoustic is a Martin D-18. Much heavier on my resonator, but only use that for slide.

Ernie Ball Regular Slinkies (10's) on my electrics.

Change acoustic strings every 2 or 3 gigs / sessions due to loss of tone and to avoid breakage (I sometimes play very hard). Usually get more mileage from the electrics as I seem to be a bit gentler with them.

Been using these strings for years - works for me. Found 13's too heavy for acoustic, particularly for bending. Worked my way down from 12's - via 11's - to 10's on the electric again, I suppose, to facilitate bigger and better bends.

All I have is a black Epiphone Les Paul Standard and a very cheap 5W tube amp with a 12AX7 preamp tube and a 6V6 power tube, a volume and presence control and a high/low impedance toggle switch. It breaks interestingly at about 1 o'clock and you can "have" Brown Sugar, for example, if you lock the amp in the bathroom and play the guitar in the living room with the pickups moved a bit closer to the strings - especially the bridge pickup. That's my happy hour when I'm all alone at home! 5W is already too much for an appartment.
I also have a "decadent" nylon string guitar with a really boxy and muddy sound which gives me some interesting sounds when open-tuned and played really hard. It really takes me back to this aggressive Salt of the Earth strumming.

Anybody no anything more about these Deviser MIJ Guitars ?

They are all Deviser guitars made between 1990s and 2004 before Greco made the Zemaitis. They have no name on them so avoiding a law suit.

I have five guitars (strats, tele, les paul), but my favourite remains the black Squire Strat from 1981 seen here (sorry about the crappy sound):
