And that song is nothing to spit at!\

I love the Springfield, bu the thing that I hate about that box set is with all the complete albums in mono/stereo mixes they didn't include the originally released version of "On the Way Home."

The story is that the horns were added after Neil left the group, and he hated the result. But I always thought they were great...and since it was a fairly popular song and a single, they could have found room for both versions.

(There's a nice acoustic version of that song on the live CSNY album "Four-Way Street")

Also, the really long version of Bluebird that was bootlegged until it appeared on the 2-disc "Buffalo Springfield" anthology LP that came out in the early 70's did not make it in the box.

Both of those omissions were really annoying to me. If you're going to collect the "complete" recorded output, then get it ALL in there...

A Day In The Life, the version from that new Beatles mashup/remix CD George Martin did called Love. Takes a bit of getting used to, but not bad.

The thing I like best about the CD is I'll forget what I'm listening to, then suddenly realize I'm hearing parts of two Beatles songs at once. Just for a second I'm like "what the hell, am I that high?" then I remember its a remix. This has happend like four times in the past hour.
