jeg pleier å gjemme mitt lille digitalkamera langt nedi buksen.. er usikker på hva som skjer hvis det blir tatt er kjipt å ta sjansen men gjemmer du det godt tror eg det går bra.. spørs ka vakter som sjekker deg.. på konserter i bergen er det ofte frivillige fra fotballklubber ogs ånt, og de sår så vidt på deg... er alltid kjekt med bilder fra konsertene

Herlighet som jeg gleder meg! Har med en "Stones virgin", min kollega. Det blir ekstra moro. :-) Hadde Stoneskveld med deler av Four Flicks i går, så nå er hun også klar! Vi er i Bergen i 12-tida, og vi gleder oss til å møte andre fans - hvor det nå blir! Har de mellomst dyre billettene, og vil gjerne så langt fram som mulig. Men vi får se hvor tidlig vi drar til Koengen.

Seriously? I am an incoming tour operator who sells tours in Scandinavia and mostly Norway.... And it is as good as impossible to get hotel rooms, I know all about that. ;-)

In June, all the hotels were already booked. And most of the no-breakfast apartments too. I was lucky to get one. I had to sort out the accommodation even before I got my ticket.

I bought a tent (going camping) - don't know if that will help much in the rainiest town in Norway...

We got a hotel room via our job in June. I am bringing my rain pnocho with the Bridges tongue on it...have to take all precautions due to being in Bergen. ;-)

If you don't have a hotel room in Bergen yet then they have got some cancellations now so give it a second try. Most are overbooked but some are just full, and do still take bookings.

PS. Rain is not unusual in Bergen. In fact they are known for their rain. Often and frequent. Be prepared!

I will be driving across the highland mountains from Asker near Oslo to Bergen Friday morning. It takes approx. 8 hours. Crossing my fingers the car is ok all the way. If I don't hit something big like a deer or a flock of sheep then I will be in Bergen and Dickens around 4pm. Then some 2 hours of meeting up with people and Hansa Beer and then it is show time. Norway is not that big so just ask around for people at Dickens and Logen. most people know somebody who knows somebody... See you!

PS. Best restaurant in town: Enkjørningen. Must book in advance. Or Bryggeloftet. Great as well. Both on Bryggen but probably fully booked already. Dickens shoyuld be fine for both food and drinks.

Some say the Keith side will be some sort of FOS also, which might mean first come first served section for around 1500-2000 people. Would not hurt to be there early if you have a general admission n.kr. 1100 type ticket.

Anybody got the layout of the Gold Circle Area ?
Pam and I will be back in Bergen Friday lunchtime and then back to the U.K. Saturday morning, couldn't afford to stay longer seeing that this is now our 2nd trip !
Bergen is a really great place and everyone is going to have a real good time...just checked the weather forecast and it's supposed to be sunny / cloudy on Friday with rain Thursday and Thunderstorms on Saturday..just hope that holds true.
Cardiff last night wasn't the greatest imo, compared to Amsterdam & Twickenham (esp. the Tuesday) but this is the one I've been waiting for !!
