You know, I've always liked Winger's self-titled album better than In The Heart Of The Young. I must say this is one 80's band that I didn't like that much at the time, thinking them more of a girls band, but as I've gotten older, I've really come to appreciate them. Their songs kick @ss. Great rhythm section, and fabulous riffs.
Love all my 80's bands - Bang Tango!!! I think I was one of 2 or 3 kids in my entire high school who'd ever even heard of them!! LOL

well not everyone i named was an 80's hair band especially when you read that list of albums to get from 1980-1990. aerosmith, pantera, metallica, black crowes, megadeth are 80's hair metal?
and to the guy who said what axl is doing name is a joke or travesty or whatever, guns n roses were popular from '86-'94. thats 8 years and while working on the next album everyone has quit. if axl wrote music for guns n roses and they quit cause he was taking to long why should he call it a different name? the rolling stones have been a popular band for 44 years and they are down to 3 original members, maybe only 2 after this year yet they still call themselves the rolling stones. and wasn't brian the original leader and creative figure when they first started he formed the group i think but what happened when he quit? still called the rolling stones. i love them but it did turn into the keith and mick show with a backing band after jones quit, mick taylor quit and especially bill wyman quiting.
