this is what I got from RS.com. I stated I didn't want my tickets to be refunded (bought through RS.com), leave them in my membership and get new FOSs when the new tickets are available....

I'm sorry about this trouble. Unfortunately your tickets will need to be refunded for
the canceled show and at some point we will have details on how to obtain new tickets
for the rescheduled show.
Servicaixa should and will have details sent to you about the refund process.
Again, I'm sorry about all of this frustration.
