My credit card account was refund 2 days ago and I hadn't sent any email to servicaixa.

Frankly, I didn't check my credit card account yet but I'll do it tomorrow...
In the meanwhile I've just sent an e-mail to Servicaixa.
Is there on this forum any italian purchaser who was already refunded automatically on his/her credit card account?
In this case I won't be worried any longer !!!

I checked yesterday at my credit card company. Refund from rs.com, but NOT from ServiCaixa. And they don't answer e-mails. No matter if I send them directly or from their webpage. I guess we have to be patient.....

this is what I got from RS.com. I stated I didn't want my tickets to be refunded (bought through RS.com), leave them in my membership and get new FOSs when the new tickets are available....
