great request ! slave would be really nice ! in four flicks, they played it in studio and it sounded well !
I also wonder why they never did She's So Hot on stage. I think Mick could work well with that one.
The did do Mother's Little Helper during the 1966 tour and it is on the Honolulu boot. It is great and that's number one on my list for them to do live again.
Did they really to Have You Seen Your Mother Baby (standing in the shadow) live? The Sullivan show was Lip Synched, and I think the "Love You Live" version is the studio release overdubbed with audience noise. If they never did it live it is number one my list. If they did, it is number two on my list for them to do live again.
They do like to make new productions every once and awhile, so instead of butchering 19th Nervous Breakdown like they did at the beginning of the current tour, I'd like to see them use all the technology and sound they have today [pre-recorded tape loop of the steps and the door slamming; keyboards, horns, talented background vocalists, etc], and do an interweaved gem called "Dandelion-We Love You".

Yes..it was only done on the UK tour from Sept-October 1966

Live vocal with a pre-recorded backing track

presume you mean the 'Got live if you want it' live album. Its taken from a show in Bristol on 7th Oct. 1966. Whilst theres considerable audience noise dubbed in on that album, the only 2 songs that are wholly studio recordings are Fortune Teller and Ive Been Lovin you Too Long, which were recordings from 1963 (!!) and 1965 respectively.
Fortune Teller was only performed by the Stones in 1962-63 and I've Been loving You Too long was NEVER performed in concert!

19th NB was fantastic on the BTB tour..check out the version from Buenos Aires
I have more than four : Soul Survivor / Dangerous Beauty / She Was Hot / Out Of Time / She Saw Me Coming / No Use In Crying / Let It Loose / Coming Down Again / Down In The Hole /Under The Radar / All Sold Out / 'Til The Next Goodbye / Too Tight to start with. Those are all songs I think they can handle.Tie You Up and Emotional Rescue would be tough but could be great. This is a thread that should probably be revisited in early July.
I actually think "Emotional rescue" redome in a tougher way; guitar style could be killer. Jagger brought "Miss You" to live standards. He could do it with ER.
"...no longer shall you trudge 'cross my peaceful mind."
Rolling Stones should let us decide one "new" song for Europe, as they did with the US leg. I think the winner would be Slave, Soul Survivor or She Saw Me Coming.
1. Time Waits For No One ( But needs M. Taylor) 2. Winter (But again needs Mick Taylor ...maybe something for a Jagger soloconcert) 3.Coming Down Again 4.Doncha Bother Me
