He plays on a version of Satisfaction that was recorded when he was a member of Curtis Knight & the Squires (1966).
When the Experience appeared on "It Must Be Dusty," Hendrix dedicated "Stone Free" to Brian Jones, and said "Get Off My Cloud, baby" before launching into the guitar solo.
It was a bit of a guess. I have the song on Jimi's BBC CD and aside from All Along The Watchtower, it was the only Dylan cover I could think of Hendrix doing.

That's a really great Dylan track. Along with Positivly 4th St. Why those two aren't on any of his records, I don't know. Only Best Of's, isn't it?

well, they were both 'standalone' singles that were released in the gap between the release of 'Highway 61" and "Blonde on Blonde". Back in 1965 it wasnt uncommon for artists to do that.
