"Street Fartin' Man" is DEFINITELY funny! If you want to talk about incredibly tasteless, racist humor just watch some Mexican comedy television shows. They insult midgets, blacks, women, asians, et.al. to an unbelievable degree....They are arguably 20 or 30 years behind the times as far as "sensitivity" goes.
