I reckon it's the TV broadcast, as it's 3.6 GB, and the web broadcast would be allot smaller.

i use Nero to burn and you can choose to burn it in pal or ntcs

Really? Which version is that? I just use Nero Express 6 (the one that came with my computer) and I've never seen that.

well sometimes before i hit the burn button a message comes up
it says
this contains more pal than nstc
would you like to change it to all pal or nstc

i just hit no and it burns it nstc
