Green Onions have an amazing organ riff for a whole track really famous but cant remember name. fek dont even know if i got the band name right there.

The organ in The Band from Dylans 66 tour. Also the studio recordings from that time "Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window", "Positively 4th Street" etc.
Billy Prestons organ solo on "Angie" in 1975/1976 is also great.

These guys are all (including J. Lord I gather) classically-trained.
Oh and JPJones intro of "Your Time is Gonna Come" is superb!
