Just My Imagination
Ain'Too Proud To Beg
Hitch Hike
Good Times
That's How Strong My Love Is
Goin' To A Go-Go (1981-1982 version)
I've Been Loving You Too Long
If You Need Me
Pain In My Heart
I Don't Know Why
You Can Make It If You Try
Cry To Me
Can I Get a Witness
Under the Boardwalk
All great!
The best part of the Rolling Stones!

This was released in 1957, and pre-dates Motown by a couple of years. The first Motown releases were in 1959.

Who released it on the Motown label, though?

Definitely Ain’t Too Proud and Imagination.
Live, they’re damn near perfect. And yes, better than the originals.

The Stones always improve Motown for me.
I don't listen to much original Motown.
Stax is another matter.
they cover Stax very well too ...but it's usually gutsy enough already.
I've always liked and listened to original Stax.

Oops. Cry To Me. Well, I still think they did a fantastic cover of it!
