Another original member of Oasis will be on the tour:
Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs*, this is magnificent.!!!
[crazyminds.es]

Article cites The Sun as the source of that info. More from Elle Henman's piece:

A source said: “Bonehead is confirmed. They both wanted him in the fold and he was one of the drivers of the reunion. Noel has brought in some of his band too.

“The Oasis family has really come back together. Bonehead is ecstatic.”

Presale will be today, Friday, between 7 and 10 p.m.

Good luck to anyone who got a code in the ballot and let us know how you fared!

It seems that very few codes were given out in the ballot. The main purpose of the exercise was clearly a bit of market research to see how many more dates they think the market will withstand, with venues provisionally booked.
The general sale will be the usual frenzied meltdown so I'll be waiting until the time to grab a last gasp spare/drop/production seat. I live exactly half way between Cardiff & Wembley with both being an easy day trip so lots of shows to choose from though I'd far prefer Cardiff.

I got a code - let's see what happens. The usual scenario of the Ticketmaster site crashing no doubt!

As Oasis have teamed up with Twickets it means that you will always be able to get a ticket. There's just too many tickets being sold for there not be. It also means tickets in the second hand market at face value which is amazing.

Every band should us Twickets. It will drive out the unfair second hand market scum.

Bonehead being on board is really amazing. He was absolutely bonkers in the 90's and everyone loved him for it. He's also just a top all round guy who has gone through so much over the past few years. He deserves this probably more than anyone involved.

That was ridiculously easy. Joined the waiting room, the time came, I was number 21 in the queue and 2 minutes later I'm in and tickets purchased! Give me Gin & Tonic!

Really depressing to see the secondary sites flooded already with resales at ridiculous prices. I didn't get a code.

Yes, a friend of mine as well. Even for multiple shows.
They’re hyping this thing up like they’re bigger than Taylor Swift, but no need to be stressed: if you want to go, you can go.

Is there any chance that the Stones open for Oasis in one or two shows?

Liam opened for the Stones in 2018, joined by other members of Oasis. 15,000 people sang along on the field, leaving after their set. That's how big they are in the UK.

Mathijs
I was at that gig and no that is absolute crap that a 1/3 of the Crowd left after Liam ended his set,
He went over very well but what you posted was a huge exaggeration, I was there.
Anyway I'm an Oasis fan and I'm hoping to nab a ticket to one of their Wembley shows.

I saw them in Amsterdam, just before they split up. There were really great en energetic, but the stage performance was very poor, conpared to the Stones.
Just standing and playing.
Their merchandise were boring, I expected much better.

But the songs are really great !!

I was at the back of the field, near the beer-stands, and I saw half the crowd on the field leaving. Not to the toilets or to get beer, but leaving the stadium.

15000 people leaving is BS. 15 maybe; drunk and/or diarrhoea.
I was sitting in the stands at that gig and the floor was packed when the stones played and plenty of seats still unoccupied when Liam played. I believe I still have some footage somewhere of the crowd.

Saw them on the same tour and that was my experience too. I don't think they were ever charismatic on stage, even at their peak. They just came on stage, played their music and Liam held his hands behind his back and sang and swore a bit. That's why I'm not too bothered about being at the front. I'll just be happy to be in the house somewhere not too far back and will pay no more than £100 to see them, or else not go. 17 shows announced so far and more likely to be added.

Some terrible tickets buying experiences being reported today.

I got my Cardiff ticket this afternoon (I was trying for four and a half hours)but man that was absolute carnage. I just read the odds were under 3 per cent to get a ticket. I don't know how I got a ticket when so many others did not and I really feel for those fans that missed out. Plenty of my mates did. All I will say is keep an eye on Twickets and also next week hopefully a few more shows may be added.

I'm off for a lie down as that was incredibly stressful (and a little unfair on those die hard fans that missed out).

I haven’t heard of people who have missed out. There’s still tickets available as we speak. The ticketmaster system is chaos, but some patience and skepticism (sold out categories aren’t sold out / they sticking you with expensive tickets) all fans will get tickets.

GA tickets now available for Cardiff at the bargain price of £357. So much for the tout agencies being banned for this tour. Ticketmaster are simply turning into touts themselves. They're known as TicketB****rd for a reason.

Does anyone know if Premier Events website is selling legitimate tickets?

I know many who have missed out on tickets. Friends and family alike. All dates are sold out and they will need to now either buy secondary tickets (Twickets), wait for official returns (e.g canceled tickets) to be released or hope for additional shows.

Nature of the beast I guess with the demand for these shows. There has to be an easier and more fairer way of getting tickets for events like this though.

It was sold out at 7pm. Enough time for everybody, even for the ones logging in at 2pm. I did that just out of curiosity; some refreshing, going back and forth got me tickets for Wembley.

Still no tickets? That’s just people being impatient or not motivated enough. But even those will get tickets eventually.
