Very curious if Vienna will be the tour closer or Paris. Any solid new rumors on the Vienna date??

Vienna dropped out of the list of rumoured venues a couple of weeks ago.

When will you realize Vienna waits for you?

News seems to have slowed and the dates are feeling pretty firm, for the moment at least. Still just rumors, of course but is that consensus, that dates and places are pretty firm at this point?

I know, but if you follow this board and other social media, you must have noticed some speculation that Vieann might happen after all.

If they can't do the last three shows, as planned for Bucharest and 2x Vienna, then an arena show or two at The Wiener Stadthalle (capacity 16,000) would be perfect for this tour. It is not a rumour, it is a dream, on my wish list.
They use to add an arena show at the end of the tour, 3-4 days after the last show, usually announced half-way on the tour.
I mean, they ended the tour in the Waldbühne in 2022 (21.000) and the New Thunder Ridge Nature Arena (18.000) last year. So it does not seem like an impossible dream.Quote

So you mean they're planning to extend the tour with Bucharest and 2x Wien to a 17 date tour? That's not part of the dream?

It has been done in the last few tours: first announce all the dates, so that the mass of the public buys the tickets, and then once you have sold the large stadium, announce a "small" arena. Only in this way can it be done, if not, they should announce 10 arenas per city to meet the demandQuote

The one single arena-sized show added to the end of the tours since 2021, is a type of show where the stage is there already, not to be built, i.e. they do not need the stadium tour crew anymore. They do still need lightening, sound etc crew, but it is scaled down, and cost is lower than stadium touring.
The gaps in the current tour schedule, as listed on IORR, may be there in case there are cancellations. We do all know what happened in 2022; the Amsterdam show got rescheduled, and Bern got cancelled, due to Mick having Covid-19. The current tour schedule, as listed on IORR, is having four - 4 - gaps where a show may get recheduled, in case of delays, illness, anything happening, laryngitis, infected finger, covid, anything that may happen to the principal band members age 80 or so.
Furthermore, they may choose to announce just 11 shows initially, then adding the remaining 3 shows based on ticket sales. Berlin, Munich, Paris are all sheduled in such a way that the schedule is open.

Reading between the lines it seem like they have options ready after copenhagen, london, munchen, berlin in place for both cancellations but also for second shows not happening.
So if AMS 1 will not sell great, 2 will not be announced, creating a break and to get to 14 gigs they will do an extra London, Munchen, Berlin, Paris or a place else, depending on sales progress.
Just hope they will announce Barcelona 1 first and (possible) add 2, and not the other way around. Which I think they will since otherwise the Barcelona-Real movement was not needed.
