1973 would be the 50th Anniversary.

Colored vinyl would be my guess.

Cool FB video. Anyone know what the 3 new tracks are? I have to believe LIAGT will be one of em.

This was never released on vinyl in the past, so we're back to black!

Released on Vinyl by Virgin Music Holland in 2002 as Limited Edition box-set (1000 pcs, numbered) - [www.Discogs.com] , [www.Musik-Sammler.de] , [Gripsweat.com] .
"Forty Licks released in September 2002 on CD and a very exclusive run of vinyl" - [TheRollingStonesShop.com] .

$73 really isn't that bad for 4LP

What if they had released a proper Licks LP in 2002 instead of the 40 Licks compilation.
No Exile, fair enough, but quite a solid album, and still fresh after 30 years.
Don't Stop
Dreams
Cried Out
Love is a Test
Just Because
Love is a test
Well Well
Don't Wanna
When I Call Your Name
Keyes to your Love
Stealing My Heart
Extreme Western Grip
How can I stop
I would have loved the inclusion of the two instrumentals Well Well and Grip - they add a Just Want to see his face vibe - +
Would have worked as standalone tracks, patched as a coda jam to one of the songs a la Knocking or Loosing My Touch or even as a mistery track as was fashionable at the time!

I think that's exactly what they planned. However, they didn't manage to finish the album.
Maybe add Losing My Touch instead of How Can I Stop, as that one was already released?

Are these all bootleg songs only? I'm not familiar with any of them.
