What’s really missing is a great sounding show from 1972 and the he Pacific1973 shows

We've had enough 'modern day' releases for a while. Let's have something from the 70s tours. 1970,72, early 73 and 76 not been covered yet (L&G doesn't count cos the sound isn't the best). Audio only is more than fine!

Well, what is there, realistically? I guess they could release the shows that were the source for Ya-Ya’s, or, perhaps something from the 1965 or 1966 British Tours. They were the source for the ‘Got Live’ EP and LP, so presumably theirs scope there, too.

Did they record anything decently live in '66 or '67? And are short setlists basically the same? They weren't prone to throw in a 'rarity' or two, so the setlists didn't vary. Honolulu '66 has only 8 cuts, delivered at blazing speed. That's about 20 minutes, not enough for a release. They'd have to flesh it out with something.

for 66 from nico
661001B 1st October: Newcastle-upon-Tyne, City Hall (1st show)
Note: Soundboard recording was made.
661001C 1st October: Newcastle-upon-Tyne, City Hall (2nd show)
Note: Soundboard recording was made.
661007A 7th October: Bristol, Colston Hall (1st show)
Note: Soundboard recording was made.
661007B 7th October: Bristol, Colston Hall (2nd show)
Note: Soundboard recording was made.
also there's the paris recordings from 66 and 67 two shows each
but i guess that depends if you think this is decent sound quality
as far as setlists this is what nico has for around the time those 66 shows we're recorded
660923B 23rd September: London, Royal Albert Hall
Unconfirmed set:
(Introduction/Paint It Black/Under My Thumb/Get Off Of My Cloud/Lady Jane/Not Fade Away/The Last Time/Have You Seen Your Mother, Baby, Standing In The Shadow?/Satisfaction)
for the 65 recordings the tracklist for live in england 1965 should be a pretty accurate representation of those
Show Intro/We Want The Stones
Everybody Needs Somebody To Love
Pain In My Heart
Down The Road Apiece
Time Is On My Side
I'm Alright
Off The Hook
Charlie's Intro To Little Red Rooster
Little Red Rooster
Route 66
I'm Moving On
The Last Time
Everybody Needs Somebody To Love
paris 66 from nico
660329C 29th March: Paris, France, L'Olympia (1st show)
(The Last Time/Mercy Mercy/She Said Yeah/Play With Fire/Not Fade Away/That's How Strong My Love Is/I'm Moving On/The Spider And The Fly/Time Is On My Side/19th Nervous Breakdown/Around And Around/Get Off Of My Cloud/I'm Alright/Satisfaction)
660329D 29th March: Paris, France, L'Olympia (2nd show)
(The Last Time/Mercy Mercy/She Said Yeah/Play With Fire/Not Fade Away/The Spider And The Fly/Time Is On My Side/19th Nervous Breakdown/Hang On Sloopy Theme/Get Off Of My Cloud/I'm Alright/Satisfaction)
Note: That's How Strong My Love Is and I'm Moving On were played after Not Fade Away and recorded, but not broadcast.
and what was broadcast for paris 67 according to nico
(Paint It Black/19th Nervous Breakdown/Lady Jane/Get Off Of My Cloud-Yesterday's Papers/Under My Thumb/Ruby Tuesday/Let's Spend The Night Together/Goin' Home-Satisfaction)
seems like a good bit of variation to me

Tempe 1981 uncut would be a nice blu ray release. But I guess Hal Ashby or some movie company owns the rights?

I read multiple times that all original footage has been destroyed by Hal Ashby.

Looking back on this, it seems a little odd that there was a band introduction in between songs of Keit. It must been a typing mistake on Nico’s page probably. I’ll look what Rocks Off wrote about this one.
