I contacted customer service through Ticketone email as I had not received the refund. They replied withinin a day and I received my refund. Albeit I lost about $49 US on the transaction which I must say I am a bit pissed about.

Still nothing. Ticketcorner did say that the refund could take a few weeks. 5 is enough, I will contact them.
