No, you only get the release in two formats, it seems.

Still one will need Eileen EP or old Japanese CD for bonus track.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but I have Keith's "Key to the Highway" on Johnnie Johnson's "Johhnie B. Bad" release (1991). Is this discussion about a bonus "Key" referring to a different "Key"?

It's the same version as the one on the Johnnie-album and the Eileen CD-single.

Jos, let it be the Rotterdam show December 4th of 1992. I was there, you probaly too. And the Cologne show was already on (German) tv…….

That'll make it a cracker of a book though!

I've seen the Cologne show live and was very disappointed about the tv sound. The broadcast for Rockpalast started 2 or 3 hours after the concert. I didn't listen to it for years, because of that mix. It would be really interesting to hear a better mix, but a London or every other show will of course be ok too.

I was at that show in Cologne, too. And I was also disappointed by the broadcast.
But I wouldn't expect too much from the London show – the two songs from that show that were release on the Eileen single CD (Japan only) sound rather lame.
