Anthony Scaduto's Jagger biography recounts the 'I could have written Satisfaction but you couldnt have written Tambourine Man' story except the wording isnt as expletive ridden or as nasty as this ('you cats') and that the conversation took place between Dylan and Mick, not Dylan and Keith.
