I'm about ready for a new pirate youtube channel to drop. Its almost impossible to navigate YT anymore w/o bombarded by ads.

Released on many bootlegs, at least the best sounding bits. There’s a couple of tapes available that never have been released.

Even after 46 years? That hoarding thing becomes ridiculous, really...
We fans are dying so isn't it time to let the stuff flow?

The Hendrix stuff is the worst. They are milking it to death and by the time they release what they have all the people who actually saw Hendrix will be gone.

At least with the Stones, Jagger doesn’t have any plans.

The bootleggers I really don’t understand. It’s like they get off on being exclusive. What’s music if you can’t/don’t share it?

I don't think it is a matter of trying to be exclusive, its more a matter of bootleggers not being interested to release it.

Both the 1973 and 1975 rehearsals were recorded literally by hanging a tape recorder to the back door, and they recorded dozens of tapes. Some of them have more sounds of busses and people talking ('ik draai effe een shagggie Harm') than music. Also, the people with the tapes are now in their 70's or 80's, or dead because they smoked too many shaggies while recording the Stones.

Another thing about being exclusive -for tape traders to have exclusive items mean they can trade against other exclusive items. Once a tape is bootlegged, its not exclusive anymore and you have less to trade. Most tape traders collect uncirculated tapes from various bands, or locations. Most of the audience tapes from MSG and LA Forum were recorded by tapers whom taped all shows, not only the Stones.

The recordings may not be new, but they are quite listenable and I enjoyed hearing them very much today.

It's a laid back rehearsal, but the band definitely sounds well-oiled and groovy, and not at all rusty.

Can You Hear The Music is pretty cool with some nice Mick Taylor leads. Angie is great as usual, and Star Star is swinging, with great leads from both Keith and Mick T. Shine A Light is short but nice to hear a "live" fragment from the Taylor era with – again – some nice soloing by Mick.
