I think the reason is simple, the piano in one stadium loses all its charm, in the music of the Stones the piano is a secondary instrument. Unlike the situation in small venues, at Paradiso in Amsterdam in 95 for example, Chuck played the grand piano.Quote

I'm sure that in every place they play an upright piano could easily be rented if they wished so. Renting out (and delivering, tuning) pianos for performances is a regular business and the Stones' budget would certainly allow for it (and Keith quite likely needs no Steinway D-274 grand piano).
They will have their reasons why they don't do it.
