taking a halftime dump will be more exciting than this train wreck.
It will be the best part of this game undoubtedly.

May I contradict you there, 35love? I don't think money is the factor here. It would a) be a fun surprise, b) a chance to announce the upcoming Stones spring US tour.
If it happens it will certainly be a big media thing. Good PR. But I don't think it will...

In a way it's sad that "Moves Like Jagger" is the only Stones connected hit (if you don't count The Verve's "Bitter Sweet Symphony") in 38 years.
Almost 4 decades. But I think many Stones fans are in denial here; so they don't listen on that ear. Charlie urged for big radio hits for years. But was denied.

It was announced months ago. Ticket went on sale already. Why even mention old news?

Hope it happens, and if it does, than it’s amazing the secret was kept without
a leak!

I hear you. But surely there are still some tickets to sell? Is the tour sold out?

Adam Levine is donating $500k to the boys and girls club in LA.
Money can be a factor, not in Mick’s case, or I have no idea, it was more a joke on he never got a cent for ‘Moves Like Jagger’ which generated oh so much cash.

Furthermore, I read the football league is no longer paying the 1/2 time bands.
Yes, exposure $$
But the security and stress, I can see if you’re a new band starting out...

yes yes. i recall that. it was a generous gesture to Yoko's, and also John's to some extent, experimentation with ambient noises and atonal figures.
and that was just the tuning!! I was so impressed the way they snuck that in there. bravo.

hey lay off adam beetle dam them. you friggin WISH you had so many hairstyles.
and looks. jealousy is something that a source no less credible, they, uh, GOD ALMIGHTY if any of you potheads can remember how to read...it rhymes with idle. like idle hands are the debbils workshop. sorta. not what your doing with your hands now jeezzee. like the bidle with a d, don't be jealous is the message.
cause if you covet what's in somebody elses covets but bought from some hustle where you didn't get a cut, well God says, don't stress buster, he probably gets a bad news day too sometimes, like maybe one of his slaves dies in the middle of stacking some shit. he's got to spend the next few minutes totally calling for another one, ....

cause no matter of that's contemporary sprayed kinda upsweet that's layered and the frizz stcks up on top where you've laced some blonde in it...
...sorta like one of those character in Max Max 2, after gas was poured
on their pink hair and it burned their skulls slowly to char, even, after
the skin and everything first blistered, then bubbled, then peeled off in a nauseating fashion...or something, you know...THAT look.
that look that tells the entire new world without borders filled with only love how deadly stupid and disconnected millienals are? even more trhan the deadass bill clinton yupper ex hippie gineration that also sucks but at least is just cruel not cruel and stupid. jeesh. hoppy's in a good mood to share all this wisdoom, but it is Sunday after all a super bowl sunday.

The RS were the only band to do the whole thing live, right?

Also, how come Adam can remove his shirt but Janet could not? Lol uh-uh a Supreme Court issue.

Well it takes courage to perform back to football.

often people don't appreciate two really well matched teams.
it's interesting the 'checks and balances' that are strategically inherent to The Game.
innit?
not really when nothing is happening.
it's like 'hey it's sunday, why don't we cruise up and down this big
lawn together in a group of people whereing costumes with shoes that
have spikes brother. yesss. and just go up and down together, sorta in
slow mo, and meanwhile, out of consideration for the kazillions of
drunk idiots about to expire from over-salting already salted pretzels,
who do not want to watch nothing.
they think, 'lets just play a lot of commercials.'
super.

A very quick review of the half time spectacle:

The Good - Mick did NOT appear!

The Bad - Everything about it.

Maybe a small step above last year (very small), but only because of that snazzy little guitar solo from the singer.

Back to the game. thumbs up

The announcers are calling their agents.
How long is the suspension if they just run into the street crying?
Can they claim workers comp? that kinda thing. 'temporary' stress condition,
high pressure job yadda yadda, work that angle...
Is it a termination? Or just a limited suspension for violating a Union contract?
There's a lot to it.
