I am not talking wrinkles. Eventually a failing liver shows through facial features.

There is a bump growing on his left nostril (seen from our perspective). Clearly visible on recent Tour photos. A bad sign.

Is that a stain?

Keith is human and has had a very full and active life when it comes to hard living that can potentially damage your health.

He is still with us and I'm sure, these days he has slowed down or even cut out many things that can damage your health.

In my opinion he's not in bad nick ,all things considered.

Great to see him and Patti out and about again.

Maybe the paleness is a good sign...I always thought his ruddy/tan complexion could have been jaundice due to his liver not working 100%.

Yeah I also thought at first Keith looked a bit...too clean. Too scrubbed. Maybe we're so used to the smudged make-up, unshaven,bad lighting.
But he may have just shaved, got out of shower; then those freakin lights and paparazzi - that has got to be something we all dont know anything about.
But give it up for Patti - what a gorgeous timeless woman. The right woman for the nuclear man.

You make a good point - there was a time when Ronnie looked a combo of yellow/grey/green...thankfully he looks much healthier these days.

Why do you say a failing liver, curious as to why you think that ?

Keith is having an off day, at 75 it happens, plenty of pics of Mick and Ronnie looking bad some days then great a few days later.
Nothing in these pics to suggest a failing liver, although he does look like he is a bit bloated from drinking, who knows though, could be he had a very salty Chinese last night , it happens, you have to realize he is 75.

the tour next year wouldnt happen if he wasnt healthy.

just sayin'..

He looks like he's had lots of good steaks lately - not unwell, imo.
