I've often thought (yeah, I know, I'm a hardcore Stones fan) that, given how wasted Keith was for most of the 70s, he usually appeared pretty clean shaven. I've seen a few stubbly pictures of him, but nothing much more than 5 O-clock shadow. How did Keith find time/energy/motivation to have a shave after a 5 day binge? Did some assistant make sure he was 'presentable'?

I always thought Keith might end up with the Ernest Hemmingway 'look'....a bit grizzled, worn features, grey hair and trim beard. And bags under his eyes.
Actually Keith sometimes looks younger than his age...not sure if he borrows his wife's make up of course.

Yeah Keith certainly doesn't look old for his age because he is old.
Patti admitted to having some cosmetic help with her looks over the last few years, maybe lazer skin resurfacing or a chemical peel etc, i get the impression Keith has shunned all opportunities of surgery over the years and it's paying off, the natural look is better in older age , along with natural hair imho. Ronnie and Mick have had work done in my opinion and its not such a good look in old age. Its ok with stage make up on those chiseled cheekbones, but in broad daylight its a strange look some days, almost startling up close.
I'm not talking face lifts , just a nip and a tuck here and there like Rod Stewart has had done a few times, nothing too noticeable.
There are so many treatments for age spots etc these days that i don't blame them if they use what's available to them, they are in the spotlight and people can be very negative about age in this industry.
