I;m just guessing but I imagine the San Jose '99 release will be a mix of both shows with bonus tracks just like Shine a Light.

We need I Got the Blues and You Got the Silver. Both songs were gems from this tour.

I thought You Got the Silver was far better in 1999 than later years as Keith played on the song and it was just better.

Either they update the site or they consider the early From The Vaults as OOP.

Just in time for the tour buzz as well and with indications from B.V. (and Mick) that we'll hear some more surprises.

Maybe in 1999 it wasn't recorded with HD-Cameras ....

Wikipedia references Queen: Live at the Rainbow '74 as an example of SD Blu-Ray

I guess it's used when they have higher quality audio to go with standard quality video.

Sometimes the sound is not not as good as it could have been with a normal blu-ray.

Uhh like how, it's LPCM Stereo DTS-HD Master Audio, which is like the MAX Audio output for the format, say for 7.1. Blu-Ray players can pump out 192 but that is through SACD and HD Downloads.

This will sound just like all the others...totally awesome, although the Ladies and Gentlemen had a couple of hiccups.

The sound is the one thing you can dress up with a pre Hi-Definition visual recording, the rest is your TV Systems ability to upscale, most can do a reasonable job of getting you to 1080i, "it's just the darn 4:3 retro, where's the rest of my picture you bastards", ahh 4:3, it makes me react like Black&White used to, ugh, whats that waste of space, it took me years to watch Casablanca and Key Largo, shameful (if i felt shame) , and i grew up with the format, went to colour in 1974.... i'm just a snob for Widescreen whazoo IMAX flicky flicky hologram 3D LAZER face

This will be a great addition to the collection...

One of my favorite tours, right from that opening video!

Not to mention my best vantage point ever, 4th row in front of Keef in Pittsburgh, the night the setlists really evolved on that tour...

Unforgettable!

Not that surprising, Stripped Box from 1995 was also SD.
