The Rolling Stones are cooking something up for you, stay tuned...
Maybe something about the new name of the tour, e.g. Rolling Kitchen, Cooked Tongues, Boiling Bones, Hot Pan?
Mybe something about a new tongue design for the tour.

Hello. With apologies to anyone who's already raised this point; presuming those dates on the tour page are even vaguely close to the truth, am I the only one questioning how they're deciding to tour again during the football World Cup (when both England and the Republic of Ireland have qualified)? This has bitten them in the arse before. Or perhaps it's simply, in the huge number of considerations to be made around a tour, not sufficiently important.

Hello,
On the strength of all this nonsense, I've booked at The Travelodge in Twickenham for the Friday and Saturday nights!
Plus, Eng play Tunisia on the Sunday at 1pm. Post-show sesh, anyone?
Cheers,
Simon.

since the colours are black, red and yellow, i.e. the colours of the German flag, it surely means: UK tour cancelled, more shows in Germany

It also seems RS.com changed the tour page recently. There's a button for signing up for the newsletter.

FWIW when you choose your country from the drop-down menu, UK and Ireland are the first two countries to come up...

Southampton stadium gig rumoured ?
A rare Stones gig on the south coast. Good venue. Easily accessible.

I think Denmark had something to say about that, Declan.... :-)
The World Cup runs from June 14 - July 15.
England's 3 group games are on June 18,24 and 28. If they progress to the knockout stages, their next game will be on either July 2 or 3, with their potential quarter final (no sniggering, please) scheduled for July 6 or 7th.
I'd expect the tour to be over by the end of June. In fact, if the Dublin date is correct, most of the tour will probably be over by the time the tournament starts.

I would welcome that and would be there. I can get there in an hour and a half from where I live near Swindon. A relatively small stadium too so a good view possible from most spots.

When was the last time they played Southampton? In the 1960s?

Shrove Tuesday social media post analogy being used as starting pistol for new tour

Just a post about pancakes on Shrove Tuesday is one thing but to say "stay tuned" and invite people to sign up to a mailing list about "ticket presales" among other things is another. Besides, conveniently coincidental with the rumors flying around.
I guess we just have to see what they come up with next on social media.
