Don't get us started LOL - That was the missed opportunity to end all missed opportunities! That should have been at least 2 bonus CDs of out takes.

Yes, you're right, but on the other hand, we have sooo many versions of 'Miss You' (live) the lyrics are nearly identical and MJ sounds, frankly, a bit too drunk, probably why he nixed it.
Trippy link, all the beautiful studio 54 faces (pics I'd never seen)

If you mean the superlative pink 12" vinyl, then you're wrong.

Only problem with this version is that it's NOT LONG ENOUGH.

Great!

Miss You is a soundtrack of life in NYC late 70's. Just perfect. Really perfect.

I could not agree more ,damn right we should have this on a proper release of Some Girls album blows away every darn other version I have heard studio or live .As far as the video montage wow .Does Bianca Jagger ever look better ? I think not .One fine beauty ! What was the deal with all of the photos with Andy Warhol ? Was she a muse of his ? were they romantically involved ? To me it looks like they were joined at the hip .

Mick was heavily invoved with AW artistically - he designed the Love You Live cover - although he reckoned that Mick's decision to write "Rolling Stones - Love you live" on the front was mistake - he said it "spoiled a great pece of art".

Also, AW used to babysit for Jade - Bianca and AW romantically invoved? - AW was gay.

It's good to see we agree....this recording demo really shows the thoughts and feelings of Mick, and where the song came from...the jam is especially excellent as well.

The other thing is, when Jagger always did live vocals to backing tracks on their music videos..or performances...up to about 78. This MISS YOU, really is awesome, I know we have all seen it...but it's fun to watch. Seems Miss You really is a great Stones song.

It's on many bootlegs. It's called "Miss You #2." Try "Some Girls Alternatives and Outtakes MORPH-036" or "Girls, Pills and Powders PNG-023."

So we have Marilyn Monroe, Lucille Ball, is that Leslie Warren on the bottom ? nah she sort of looks like Raquel Welch ?
