OT- Call on Me Bad Company question

I was listening to this yesterday and noticed the bass line in some of the instrumental parts sounded either like a part in While my Guitar Gently Weeps or maybe it is the descending line in 25 or 6 to 4. What do your ears hear?[youtu.be]
3:35 onward is what I'm talking about. The timing and a lot of thee song reminds me of the ending of WMGGW

Also similar chord progression to Led Zeppelin's Babe I'm Gonna Leave You

Yes it is BIGLY... I guess there are many that follow that same descending line.

Cool! I'd never heard that song.

I'm not a trained music person (tho I play the violin) but I think that's some key or alternate scale.

Another song that uses a similar type of scale or minor key, and includes similar descending sequences, is the Kinks' Sunny Afternoon.

I'll have to check on Sunny Afternoon. Been a while since I spun any Kinks.
