nothing will come close

Last nights concert in Moncton has left me with a sad feeling inside this morning.
Nothing will come close to last night performance and stage setup again. It will all be downhill from here.
I brought my 3 kids, 17,17 and 13 to the show and they were blown away. by the light show. And i had to tell them after that they have a good 45 years ahead of them of concert going, but tonites show will never be topped.

80000 plus people will never be the same again

I'm always thankful I'm around in this era...remember twenty years either way could mean never seeing the Stones.

Actually, TV Lover, the "power" of the Moncton show was forecast 10 days ago!

And the good news is that St. Paul and Milwaukee will likely be as good or probably better!!

When i said nothing will come close, i meant in my life, not in the whole tour.Hopefully the rest of the tour will be as good if not better than last night.

I experienced a definite comedown after the 2 Boston shows - all the anticipation, lining up the right friends w/ tickets, the incredible energy - 2 days post 2nd show I felt almost depressed.
Take in another (less expensive?) show - I'm seeing the White Stripes & S. Winwood (who has abandoned his '80s/'90s commercialism with his latest album - it's superb) in next few weeks.
