Sorry, but for me it makes a lot of sense to cut songs, since Havana Moon is a concert film to be played at cinemas. That means it's not supposed to be over 2 hours in length, unless you want to fall over in sleep.
That the bonus tracks is available, is a gesture to fans, to make them get the full experience. And actually I'm glad they chose to cut out some war-horses instead of deep cuts like "Out Of Control" or "You Got The Silver" and annoy us with the 117th version of "Miss You".
