WOW~!
I live directly across from this building at 1 University Place.
Was excited to hear about it when they first bought it.
I have a view from my terrace of their apartment.
Never saw Keef or Patty there once. (NYC vouyer! sorry)
Pretty good investment for just 2 years.

All white I s'pose........small kitchen though, mine is bigger that that........(not the rest though.......

Obviously, at least to my eye, this is one of those places where no one actually lived. White furnishings and walls so pristine? A kitchen, smallish indeed, unsullied by pots pans and cooking stains? But, enough dissing. So, where are they gonna be living now if they were ever here at all? Hey, Keith and Patty...I have a modest home in Arizona if you are interested.

I read somewhere that the daughters stayed in a place in NYC that Keith owned. I'm guessing this is the place and they don't much use it anymore.

I remember press reports when they purchased the place in 2014.
Seems very strange to put it on the market so quickly; after all their main home (presumably) is still in Weston.

you can see at the bottom of the articale the prevous article from 2014, which discusses the previous purchase.

The photos of the place with white sterile décor were taken before they bought it. Last year Alexandra stayed there when her parents were touring and it looked VERY lived in. Guitars scattered about, Persian rugs, lots of books, and Alex greeted friends at the door by saying "Time to party!"

This isn't the place that Keith had on Broadway and 3rd above Tower Records?
I think Cher also had an apartment too in the building and Island Records was across the street.

He sold the place above Tower Records about twenty years ago. Russell Simmons, Tom Cruise, Britney Spears also lived there.

Some pretty bad 'shops in those pics.

They could keep it and rent it on AirBnB... What could go wrong?

Place was probably a way station to sleep off the "spirits" before attempting to find the last train to Fairfield County.
