- High tone monitors?

I seriously doubt that. If so, they would have replaced quite a few in that lineup, including Bernard.

I suspect they film the rehearsals and need some extra light to see the faces clearly.
But I don't be 100% sure the pic was taken on location. It might be a re-use...
