I bit, but I managed to resist the STP Exile box set for $200 !

We probably all have the vinyl and cd's from the STP road case, so I can't see what could possibly be attractive about it? At least with the STP fan pack you get the 3 ball charlie poster and the belt buckle was ok but it was much cheaper. At what price would anybody be interested in purchasing the STP Road Case?

Still a bargin..

Shipping outside the U.S. is $70, but when you see the size of the shipping box, it's understandable. The shipping box is larger than a carry on suitcase, to accommodate the lithograph, which come rolled in a separate tube, and it weighs a ton. I think it's a great value at $220, shipped. Obviously a lot of the value of the original box was in Mick's signature, but the item itself is very nice indeed.

It's huge, but as soon as you get this box set, you don't regret buying it.

Someone on a Stones fb page mentioned the signed version was originally over $1400?!!! And according to Bravado, this unsigned version was originally $375?!!
There was a post by someone on the same page who mentioned getting it for $275 who were still in awe of the box and insisting that was even a great price,
saying "$150 was a steal"...do it or you'll regret it. I was convinced and went for it.

There were still plenty of copies after I ordered as I spread the word to a few US friends who were able to purchase it at the price I posted.

I am in Portugal. USPS prices for overseas are crazy, this is one thing. The other is - 23% import duties for media (CD, LP, DVD etc.). Combined these kill all 'deluxe box' purchases from the US or cdjapan. Well, at least most of them.

Yeah it is weird. They are gone now. I had that earlier this morning, but just kept trying and suddenly the link worked and it came up. I ordered and received a confirmation.... so we shall see. I can't even find the signed version now as well.

I see Ironbelly - without a doubt that is an insane price increase.
