I tried to google this book title when I heard him mention it. Now I have the correct title, but not the $$ to buy it.

Good lord it is expensive - even on amazon U.S.!
From $991.82 for a new hardcover, to $85.97 for a used paperback.

As the author of Mutiny on the Bounty, one would think that all of James N. Hallbooks would be readily available.
I'm not familiar with how all that works, but seems kind of odd. What would be reason for it being out of print...poor sales?

this is funny... in a world where people get paid for mentioning products on twitter or instagram, keith mentions a book in an interview heard by millions and the product isn't on sale... i love it... very anti-commercialism.

Compared to the price of a used copy of Tarle's Exile, those prices are a bargain.

It is possible that the book is available at a library (maybe in good condition).
Or used, battered copies on Ebay and/or Amazon or other online retailers.
